Wanted to share with you a recent sale that took place where we used our Hybrid Auction Selling system, we call Home Sale Express!

A seller contacted me back in late April of this year stating that he was behind on his mortgage payments and wanted to Sell his home Fast but wanted to get as close to Top Dollar for the home as possible. We were getting ready to have another auction when we received another offer the seller accepted and were on schedule to close on or before September 14th.
